A further look reveals that the headlight is along the outer edge of the fender. That would seem to rule out a Chevelle. The fender edge along both sides doesn’t seem to possess the gradual downward sweeping motion of its Century or Regal siblings so it indeed might be a Cutlass at that. Thanks.
