05 durango 4.7L camshaft/valves

Hey! Hoping to get some advice. I have a 2005 Durango with 188k miles on it. Just at the start of December, started getting getting misfire code for cylinder 4. It seemed to run ok though until I got to certain speeds and when I'd hit the gas a little, you could feel a misfire (felt like hitting little potholes till you let off the gas). Fuel rail replacement?

Iv searched and searched. I need a fuel rail for my 98 5.9,360. Its stock, with the exception of a vortech supercharger. Its untuned at the moment. is there a aftermarket fuel rail avail? Or does anybody know where i can get a oem replacment? Along with what injectors would be a good upgrade,since im there already. HUGE THANKS in advance!

1977 W200 Ignition Wiring

I am new to restorations and auto wiring and on the final leg of wiring repairs (previous owners did a ton of make-shift wiring). The wiring diagram i bought from 'classiccarwiring.com' is great but the Ignition Switch Connector illustration doesn't match up with the existing plug connector. Is there any resource out there for JUST an ignition wiring diagram? I should be up and running great with the ignition wiring sorted. Thanks in advance. I just recently purchased an 07 ram 1500 4x4 5.7. I have had it for about 5 weeks. The key was missing the buttons, but still had the guts. Couple of days ago , it would start then die. Seat Belt Warning Light

Hello, Everyone, I have an issue with my seat belt warning light—it's constantly on whether it's locked/latched or not. I disconnected the wiring harness underneath the seat, but to no avail. I also removed the instrument cluster hoping to locate and remove the bulb, but I could not determine which bulb to remove. Fuel pump wiring question

Hey fellas I have a 96 put with a 5.9l my trouble is this fuel pump locked up removed it cleaned tank out bought a replacement pump assembly put it in and the plug connector on the new pump is a 4wire the connector on the truck is a 6 wire there is suspose to be an adapter harness to hook the mismatched connectors together has anyone done this?and where to get it and what to ask for would greatly help me. 2014 Ram 5.7 Vibration in steering wheel between 1800rpm and 2300rpm

2014 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman 5.7. While driving I get a vibration in the steering wheel starting at 1800rpm. When the truck shifts up a gear and the rpm drops, it goes away and comes back around 1800 rpm until the next shift. If I select a lower gear to get the rpm back up, the vibration returns but it seems to lessen around 2300 rpm. I could venture a guess but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks,

Transmission fluid level

Hello, I'm new to forums but thought I'd give it a try. My 2001 Dodge 1500 fluid level is at max line when the vehicle is cold and in park. I warm it up and put it in neutral and no fluid is on the dipstick. I'm reading it should be at the max full line when warm and in neutral. That would put it way up on the stick when it's cold I'm guessing??

This is the first time ive ever posted in a forum but dont know where else to go for help. I have asked around and cant get any help. I pulled my 545rfe transmission awhile ago to start my first rebuild. I had problems when I came to a stop the truck would stall and throw CAN BUS. It had slow acceleration and shift hard into 4th. So i pulled my transmission and swapped the frictions and steelsand got a new tc. Put everything back together didnt have any problems. Put the trans in the truck... New guy here auto trans seems to slip in OD?

Hi to all, have had a few dodge trucks and a Jeep and just picked up a 2008 ram 4X4 with the 5.7. anyhow just want to know if I have a major issue. truck shifts nicely through 5 gears but once I'm going 60 mph or so it seems to "hunt" between 4th and 5th gear. rpms range from 1500 or 1600 to a little over 2000. Wondering if the trans is going in and out of lock and how I could fix it.

Shell on a PW? Anyone have pictures?

Ok, now that I have a PW I need to install a shell on it, problem is my son, wife, even friends are telling me it would ruin it and make it look like a van. I am on a K-9 Search and Rescue team here in Va and had a shell on my Silverado before selling it, very handy thing to have and almost a necessity. To be honest I am having a hard time with the thought myself, it is one nice looking thing without it. Does anyone have any pictures of theirs with a shell? Something I can try and use to... I have a 2010 Ram 1500 Laramie, last week my battery drained over a few days without starting. I charged it it drained again. Load tested the battery, it is good, did a parasitic draw check and found a 2.7 amp draw, almost all from the radio fuse, m39. I know another 4wd light flashing light...

So I have a 2008 ram 1500 and the 4wd light flashes and the front axle actuator does not engage. I can hear the transfer case shift into all the different ranges. I only have power at one terminal on front actuator and a good ground. Now if I hook up scan tool and engage front actuator through the tipm the light stops flashing in all ranges and 4wd works till I unhook scan tool and shift back to 2wd. Any thoughts?

4.7 tick (just did lifters)

2002 Ram 4.7 that I have done both sides of the lifters,a/c compressor, water pump, hydrolic balancer, alternator, idler pulley, cam shaft/crankshaft sensors, new belt, and there is still a tick tok tick to it. I took off the fan clutch during the hydrolic balancer change and it still ticked. It does have an exhaust leak somewhere, but the ticking seems to be coming from the passenger side lifters, but I have changed them. Could it be the timing chain tensioner?

Newbie need 1946 PW dimensions

Hello folks, am a newbie here.i got a 1946 D type PW , whose body has completely rusted.My friend has a metal works and is helping me fab the body to keep costs down.If the fine folks can help me with dimensions, drawings, prints etc it would be great. Need the front windshield frame dimensions if possible. If members need anything, would be happy to help. Regards

Misfire loss in power and shakes at 45 and above

Changed the plugs and wires in my truck because it was idling rough now it idles fine but it has what sounds like a misfire has no power when I pressed the gas and once I do get up to speed it shakes superbad

Running Rough After Timing Chain Replacement 4.7l

I'm coming here today to pick the brains who know the 4.7l more than I do. recently replaced the chains, tensioners, guides, rockers, lifters, and so on after overheating the engine and had the heads sent to a machine shop. when I was installing the new timing chains, I made sure the 2 black links were lined up on the idler dot at the 12 o'clock positions and the 1 black chain link on the crank sprocket on the 6 o clock, made sure that the 2 black links were in the 2 windows/holes on the... Trailer lights

2010 diesel. Trailer running lights work for a while then quit. When u check power at plug no power but wait a half hour , power there again . Is there a breaker on truck ? I've checked fuses but like I say , cold it works , hit a rough spot in road they quit

Leak in rear of 05 dakota cab
