2002 Ram 4.7 that I have done both sides of the lifters,a/c compressor, water pump, hydrolic balancer, alternator, idler pulley, cam shaft/crankshaft sensors, new belt, and there is still a tick tok tick to it. I took off the fan clutch during the hydrolic balancer change and it still ticked. It does have an exhaust leak somewhere, but the ticking seems to be coming from the passenger side lifters, but I have changed them. Could it be the timing chain tensioner?
