2014 Ram 5.7 Vibration in steering wheel between 1800rpm and 2300rpm

2014 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman 5.7. While driving I get a vibration in the steering wheel starting at 1800rpm. When the truck shifts up a gear and the rpm drops, it goes away and comes back around 1800 rpm until the next shift. If I select a lower gear to get the rpm back up, the vibration returns but it seems to lessen around 2300 rpm. I could venture a guess but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks,
