Seat Belt Warning Light

Hello, Everyone, I have an issue with my seat belt warning light—it's constantly on whether it's locked/latched or not. I disconnected the wiring harness underneath the seat, but to no avail. I also removed the instrument cluster hoping to locate and remove the bulb, but I could not determine which bulb to remove. I mean, there was one bulb I saw with the word ( belt ) above it and the letters ( OD off ) below it. So I remove it to see if the light would go out but it did not. I was hoping...
