05 durango 4.7L camshaft/valves

Hey! Hoping to get some advice. I have a 2005 Durango with 188k miles on it. Just at the start of December, started getting getting misfire code for cylinder 4. It seemed to run ok though until I got to certain speeds and when I'd hit the gas a little, you could feel a misfire (felt like hitting little potholes till you let off the gas).
