Comment on The Nissan D21 Hardbody – the tough, taut truck of 1986 by John C. Kovalo

I’d put my ’86 Toyota One Ton, which was still running until about a year ago, against any Neeee-sawn “Hardbody” ever made. I always thot that the name was pretentious, but the Toyota actually WAS a mini-sized one ton with heavy-duty EVERYTHING. As one of my service trucks, I drove the hell out of it over the twisty back roads of Southern Ohoho with a steel Gem cap and tools, parts – probably a half-ton load, day in, day out, and it never let me down.

“Hardbody”, yah! Leetle gurly-man truck.
