liftglass.
Circuit/System Testing
1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the rear window wiper motor.
2. Ignition ON, connect a test lamp between the signal circuit terminal B and ground.
3. Command the liftglass latch to release by pressing the liftgate window release switch. The test lamp should briefly illuminate when the
liftgate window release switch is pressed.
瀚慖f the test lamp is always OFF, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace
the BCM.
瀚慖f the test lamp is always ON, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the BCM.
4. If all circuits test normal, replace the rear window wiper motor.
