2000 Dodge Dakota R/T

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is staying safe these days. 2 problems, first with my ignition. If I turn the key to the accessories, all the dashboard lights and everything else comes on fine. Try to crank it over and it won't. So I try a few times and it cranks over. But my turn signals, windshield wipers and radio don't work. Any thoughts?? Second when I got the truck, it has 2 different size tires, the front are p275 60r17s and the back are p235 80r17s.. I don't get it, also don't know if I... 2000 Dodge Dakota R/T
