Changing Bearing Hub and still have noise, any ideas?

2006 1500 Sport 2WD. driver side front started making noise something like I was on big mud tires but with a grit. It came on at the end of a 2hr drive. I drove it around and no vibration, no relation to breaking, just rotating and starts to become noticeable at 15MPH and feels too scary to go more than 50MPH, just based on sound. I got a new duralast bearing hub and installed that yesterday, no change. I took to my tire shop for a rotation and balance and no change. The rotor seems to be...
