2010 Grand Caravan exhaust leak on cold start up

My 2010 Grand Caravan has an exhaust leak at cold start up, it goes away pretty fast, but I want to know what it is that's causing it and address it asap. Anybody had this issue and if so, what was the cause? Thanks
