i just fixed my 46re tranny in my 96 ram 1500. The drivers side band was so loose the scag fell off the adjustment screw. 3hrs later we're all back together and ready to roll. Problem is i only had 1st and reverse when this happened. Now i have all the gears but 1st is slow going and chatters when i start to go. Any ideas? Bands to tight? Nottight enough?
