2013 Grand Caravan electrical fun!

Hello everyone! New GC owner here. I bought this 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, and she comes with a peculiar issue. A bit of the background, she's a rebuild title. Was rear ended in 2017, liftgate and rear bumper replaced. So what normally happens, is either driving or sitting somewhere for about 15 minutes, all power shuts off on the instrument cluster. If you are driving and it happens, the speedometer and RPM freeze but also stop working. No door chime, no info on the cluster, nothing. No... 2013 Grand Caravan electrical fun!
