Front hub/rotor conversion to a floating rotor for better brake options?

Hello, I have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd 5.9l with front brake rotors and hubs as one piece. Does anyone have any ideas about how to convert it to a floating rotor for better options to have cross drilled and slotted rotors?
