In Need Of Help!!!!!!!

I am a new owner of a 2000 dodge caravan with 135,000 miles I'm pretty sure its the Base model and I have a few issues. I am missing every relay under except the combination flasher relay all other except for a few of the smaller ones on the bottom row are gone. The car runs and drives great and seems like everything is working except for the heater blows but doesn't get hot and all my door locks and mirrors are manual as of right now . Which brings me to my next question is this year of van... In Need Of Help!!!!!!!
