This is an issue I've never heard of before and I would like to know if anybody here knows what I'm talking about. Apparently in the state of Colorado it is required for emissions testing to see the check engine light flash for a very short duration on vehicle startup. That doesn't sound right to me but I'm not going to argue. My issue is that this truck does not exhibit this behavior on every startup.
