4x4 to AWD swap

Hi all, I have a 2012 quad cab 4x4. I have the 6 speed. I have been getting parts and ides for a 4l80e swap, but using my stock t case with adapters. Also looked into 46re and Nag1, Nag1 is too expensive for what it is and seems like a headache and 46re I don't wanna use a MVB in a gas truck, in my diesels was fun. So 4l80e swap it is. I was wondering if using a NV422 t case from a 1st Gen Durango would work? I know it has 4x4hi/lo but I'd keep it in AWD because I'm running 32" street... 4x4 to AWD swap
