Dodge Grand Caravan 2015 - transmission programming

Hello All, I have Dodge grand caravan 2015. I suspect a transmission problem. I realized abnormal shifting at 2000 RMP forward and hesitation . But, nothing displayed on dashboard. I visited the dealership few times and no conclusion from dealership cause no error code displayed. I know the above is not accurate technical description.
