05 Hemi.... is there a rev limiter???

Hello everyone, I have an 05 hemi 5.7 that has about 260,000 on her, so as one would come to expect with years old and mileage, normal wear and tear has taken place. I normally fix most issues as they arise, but one that I had not fixed yet due to the cost of the issue, was the digital lights on your dash board that indicate mileage, what gear u have her in, ect. Well I believe my girlfriend blew my motor the other day because where it's normally lit up P R N D 2 3, it's not anymore. Those... 05 Hemi.... is there a rev limiter???
