Pls help. Engine rebuilt and now 2nd crate motor installed. Have codes:

Could it be ecm? I may have exahaust leak. This truck has broken me... Have an appointment to have it looked at Friday but concerned about new engine. It have idle too high then too low. When at 40 mph and 1500 rpm it stutters until it goes back into overdrive. Any help would be appreciated
