Has anyone had a problem when fueling, where it acts like it is full (pump only runs about $.75 at a time. It takes me about 15 minutes to fill my tank. I've checked the vapor canister and changed the fuel pump. Nothing is blocking the filler neck/line. I did happen to notice the smaller line next to the filler neck snapped off at the tank, but unsure if that would be related. Thanks in advance
