rear diff fluid, whats best?

well installed a new axle assembly in the ram, 2000 dodge ram 1500. 12 bolt 9.25, whats the best fluid to use, and with the limited slip how much friction modifier do i need for that? So what fuild and can i use synthetic fluid and how much fluid will i need to fill it up? thanks
