2001 1500 5.2 4x4 automatic

I have a 2001 1500 5.2 4x4 automatic with a 46re transmission, 3 times now in the last 2 years, 8 months of which I never drove it due to having it worked on. I was driving around 60-70mph, the transfer case has broken the tailshaft part of the transmission off, where it bolts to the transfer case. The first 2 times, I thought when the drive shaft fell out that it may have been a weak rear end yolk holding the drive shaft but I put a heavy duty yolk in and the 3rd time all this happened, the... 2001 1500 5.2 4x4 automatic
