Rig it after accident

I bought a truck for my business, now it's slow and the truck turned out to have issues! # 5-7 cylinders are misfiring, are siezed, motor leans more towards drivers side, my question is, can I put a spacer between the frame and mount to level it off, mount is hitting steering rod, below knuckle! Misfiring can come from mount, head gasket, gasket is ok, just did water pump and fan clutch, I can't get to 5 and 7 leverage way to crack them, don't want to break them! Any idea! Truck runs good...
