I have a 1988 D-100 with a 360. Bout a month ago I was having trouble starting it, while I was trying to get it started it developed a pretty bad knocking sound while turning over. When I eventually got it to start it continued to knock badly. I turned the truck off and restarted it and the knock was gone. It continued to have problems starting over then next couple days and the knocking sound came back. Any thoughts on what could be going on?
