2010 3.3L P0172

Need some help with figuring out p0172 code. History, check engine light came on last February (2020) and van ran rough with misfire. found thru code reader one injector bad. Replaced all injectors and ran fine with no issues for 6 months. Then one injector went bad again. Changed it out with a new one, same vendor and #.
