02 1500 Flatbed, Compatible Tail Lights

I recently purchased a '02 1500 4x4 short bed,an replaced the bed (rust) with a wooden flat bed. What are compatible replacement tail lights that can wire up to the harness? I can't get l.e.d. trailer lights & clear l.e.d.(reverse lights) to work correctly with factory harness. Please help point me in the right direction.
