Grinding noise going from park to reverse.

I have a 2009 Ram 1500, 2 wheel drive, that makes a mild grinding noise for a second when I shift from park to reverse. I normally cant hear it first thing in the morning but after I've driven a while it starts making the noise. It almost feels like a pressure problem because if I go into a store for 10 minutes or so and come out and go from park to reverse it is much louder. Any ideas? And I just had the transmission rebuilt 4 months ago and the sound just started a couple weeks ago, I did... Grinding noise going from park to reverse.
