van has no power at all

So my wife came home and said her power locks werent' working and some of the lights on the console were out. The rest of the van ran fine. I checked the fuses and pulled then IOD for about 5 minutes (this did nothing). Next i disconnected both battery cables for about 20 minutes. When I reconnected them there is absolutely no power to the van. No lights, nothing. I've checked the voltage at the battery and it reads 12.5volts so the battery isn't dead.
