Hello everyone. Recently picked up a 46 Dodge pickup. My wife wont drive stickshift and would like me to put an automatic trans in it. It has the 218 inline 6. Is there a trans swap I can do easy or are we talking complete drivetrain? If so would a flathead 8 cylinder fit under the hood without alot of chopping? Thanks for any help you can give.
