Help identifying plug. 2009 DGC SXT 4.0

First, thank you all for having me. Can anyone help me identify this plug and/or wire? It's under the dash on the driver's side. I moved my foot and heard a popping sound like when a hot wire hits ground. Three traction control, esp, bas, and abs lights came on. They won't turn off. I looked under the dash where my foot hit and found this exposed wire. I checked voltage and it's not hot (anymore?). All the fuses are fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S.
