Manifold exhaust bolt shearing problem

Hello hive! Thank you for the add. My question is, how long has Dodge manufactured durangos and Rams with the exhaust manifold bolt problem? Does anyone know what year the technical bulletin regarding this issue came out? Does anyone know if and when they changed the bolt quality or troubleshot a fix for it? I am just wondering how long Dodge knew about it before they reconfigured this design flaw. Any information or resource that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated! Thank you...
