Speedo gear

Hi i have a 1995 ram 1500 5.2 2wd it has some aftermarket rims and tires which are305/40/R22 the spedo seems way off maybe 10 mph slow acording to gps speed What gear tooth would i need? I wonder if someone geared it differently as well not sure would just those tires and rims throw the speed that far off? If i can just change the speedometer gear thats great i just need to know which one. I dont know what i have since i have not pulled it out but im sure there is a calculation for the... Speedo gear
