Electrical Gremlins 2004 Dakota

I just bought a 2004 Dakota with only 60K miles on and it runs and drives like it just came off lease and feels like it's "new." That said, it's got something wrong with the electrical system that manifests itself in all kinds of crazy ways. Sometimes the passenger side window switch doesn't work. Sometimes the key fob doesn't lock or unlock the doors. Sometimes the Brake and ABS dash lights come on. Sometimes when I start it up or turn shut it down there's a repeated hum from inside...
