2013 grand caravan in limp mode

I have a 2013 dodge grand caravan that is in limp mode. I've taken it to the Trans shop they can't clear the dtc codes to return it from limp mode to regular driving. The dtc's are P1745 pressure too high for too long & P0868 pressure low. They tell me that I have a permanent code now. That my Pcu is protecting my Trans from being ruined.
