I've searched everywhere and can't find this same issue. No codes from a standard code reader. It will shift fine with average throttle. If you get on it, it will rev out fine but then acts like it doesn't want to upshift. If you drop the shifter to 2 and back to D it will start operating like normal again. It also does this if you're in OD and it downshifts on a hill. Otherwise it shifts smooth and seems fine.
