2014 caravan p0480 troubleshooting

My 2014 caravan is throwing a p0480 cooling fan 1 control circuit open code when the engine gets to operating temp and the radiator fan kicks on in high. Im assuming the problem is in the fuse box as when I jumper the switching terminals on the k11 relay the fan comes on at the expected low speed. I've swapped multiple known good relays to no avail. I've also already replace the cooling fan motor relay. I don't have a wiring diagram for the fuse box assembly and I haven't been able to find... 2014 caravan p0480 troubleshooting
