Drop Down DVD screen black

Hi, Just recently my overhead screen for my 2017 Grand Caravan went black and wont turn on. The main screen and sound work. I checked all the fuses and tried reseting the system, but have had no luck. Any suggstions before I take apart the screen and try replacing it? Thanks
