Frustrated!

I picked up a 3rd generation 03 1500 quad cab 2wd 4.7L about 5 months ago with 205 thousands miles. I've put 2 fuel pumps,spark plugs , tps sensor, idle control sensor and a water pump on this truck then when it's running great I start it for work & instantly can tell its missing & chugging running like crazy. So that's when I buy a tps sensor just knowing that's the problem. I had just replaced the idle control sensor 2 weeks before & no change at all even after resetting... Frustration... Frustrated!
