EVIC locked on Fuel Economy, buttons not responding :(

Hi! New-to-me 2017 DGC SE Plus with 70k miles. After buying it, I got button-curious and discovered the EVIC. I was able to cycle through the menus and finally landed on the Fuel Economy. Days later, learned that I could program the van to not beep on remote lock, so I went to try to program it, but my EVIC buttons don't respond now, even in Park. I've tried long button pushes, short ones, double clicks, corner-of-button clicks, multi- button clicks, and nothing will budge that screen. The...
