2018 Dodge Grand Caravan passenger side mirror flag applique removal

First time posting so pardon me if this has already been answered. I did a search on the forum but couldn't find an answer. How can I remove the panel/applique without breaking the clips. From the one I replace it with it, I know there are 3 clips in there. One at the top and two at the bottom. Recently got this car so trying to fix some minor issues. Thanks for the help. The old one
