First timer, here.
The passenger-side heat control is stuck on full, even when turned all the way to cold. Driver's side is okay. My wife is beginning to complain.
I've read in several places that the HVAC system can be reset, but can't find instructions for the 2012 model or any other gen. 5 with a dual-zone heater.
I should also mention that this is a Canadian version of the 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan (if that makes a difference).
Does anyone know how to do this?
