6.4 Swap Issues

A shop did my 6.4 swap but the car won't start. Car is a 2015 act while the engine and tranny came from a 2019 scatpack. I sent in my pcm to be programmed by Diablo to match the vin. The security light feature is blinking. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks
