Hi new here and need ideas, I changed the driver side temperature blend actuator because it was making a clicking noise. I disassembled it and it had a stripped gear. I purchased a Dorman # 604-024 air door actuator and replaced it. Now the problem comes in, When I unlock the doors to get in and start the van the rear window defroster switch light is flashing and takes about 30 seconds to stop before the a/c will function. Does anyone have any ideas as to the problem?
