Post engine swap issues

I own an 03 1500. My boyfriend (now ex) had the engine and transmission swapped from an 06 2500. My request was only that he repair the leaking transmission. Anyway, now I have issues and since I don't have all the info, I'm solving one mystery at a time. 1. Throttlebody The light will come on randomly and will do a weird rev and then shut off.
