Hi I was wondering if I can put a 545rfe from a 2003 or 2004 dakota transmission in my 2001 dakota 4.7 with a 45rfe is it just plug and play after installing and plug everything back in. I got a tcm in it from a 02 Jeep grand cherokee to make my 45rfe have a extra overdrive and be like a 545rfe but my transmission need to be replaced and wasn't sure if I can put a transmission in from a 03 or 04 dakota as mine has a ecu and a tcm and the newer ones has just one (pcm) .
