2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L is making very loud roaring noise from the front end

2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L is making very loud roaring noise from the front end, likely from the front driver side. I have replaced the wheel hubs on the both sides but it didn't help much. Recently noticed the ABS light came on and found on the driver side, the tooth on the axle is off the center of the ABS sensor. The axle seems stucking too close to the wheel hub assembly (see the photos for details). I have no idea how this could happen. Everything seems tight and firm.
