Well I come across a first for me ( my luck running true) & haven't come across anybody else over this issue. My engine locked up. Had no idea what happened no noise from engine---good oil pressure, just quit. I had suspicions that it was tranny so proceeded to remove tranny from engine to establish what the problem was/is. Tranny would not come out. Unable to rotate motor being locked up to remove converter bolts . Had to pry tranny away from motor bending flexplate to take converter bolts...
