Hello I am restoring a 47 Dodge 1/2 ton pickup by combining parts from a 1967 Dodge Military surplus 230 flat head six with a 49 passenger car 230 block.
The motor assembly went well until I tried to bolt up my 40's truck flywheels which just would not clock up to the bolt holes on the 1967 crank. (Didn't expect this.)
Trying to figure out what I can do with this?
The flanges fit as well as the starter stuff etc but two of the bolt holes don't line up. I'd be good with over drilling...
