I am a bit stumped… Please help!

Today I bought a 2008 Dodge Dakota 3.7 four-wheel-drive and it will not run. Code reader shows 0 faults. The battery is fully charged and the compression is perfect. I have spark to the cylinders and the fuel pressure from the rail is 67 psi. Starter turns, ignition fires, fuel pressure is solid, but I am not getting any fuel… Quick starting fluid, (ether) fires the engine immediately, idles, and reacts accordingly, when throttle is applied but only with the assistance of the ether. Last... I am a bit stumped… Please help!
